I burned it. After I spent sometime going through the pages that ask you to pretty much write about every bad thing that has happened to you and name the names of these individual that might have caused you this pain. Not the kind of book you would leave around for another person to find. While it was good to get somethings out and on paper, it was also troubling and hurtful to reexperience those old wounds again. Somethings are better left buried and forgiven...
