Review: Buried

Buried Buried by C.J. Carmichael
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Buried (Twisted Cedar Mysteries Book 1)
by C. J. Carmichael

Some intriguing dysfunctional families in a small town on the coast of Oregon must unearth the mysteries behind the death of not only the local mother of two who's prime suspect is her handsome husband Kyle but the murders of several others in and around Oregon. When Dougal first received the email concerning the deaths of four small-town librarians in the state of Oregon, he was tempted to delete the message, but he did not. Now he is knee deep back on his home turf of Twisted Cedars with not only the four librarian murders from the seventies, his sister's wedding to the wrong man, a dead body in the vegetable garden, losing his heart to the local librarian, cryptic messages from his murderous father and a possible suicide that may shed light on all that is happening in Oregon. No wonder it will take three books to come to the final conclusion of this tale.
