The Emperor's Tomb by Steve Berry
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Communist China has always been a land of many mysteries, knowledge and death. In this book we find our heroine Cassiopeia Vitt and her friend Cotton Malone traveling in and around China to save a missing Russian boy snatched from his Russian scientist who has vital information about certain oil from centuries past that might unravel the true origin of oil. I love how the writer uses many true facts from history to weave a extraordinary tale of deceit and murder.
